Hello,
So it’s been two weeks since you heard from me, yeah, I know.
My last two weeks have been filled with lots of experiences.
Good news and bad yet grateful news.
Let me gist you!
Appointment
So two weeks ago, I got a mail from the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) informing me of my appointment as a Board Director, Africa region for the federation. Now, this was a great one for me because this organization is responsible for organizing the World Mental Health Day as well as the biennial World Mental Health Congress.
I have since been smiling from cheek to cheek. This is because I am very passionate about mental health and I have never hidden that fact. Another reason why I am excited is that I get to represent Nigeria and Africa. I am super excited and looking forward to the next two years I will be serving there.
However, I need your help with regards to my trip to Argentina. I will be inducted at the congress and I am trying to see what I can raise towards the trip. Below is a donation link and I will appreciate whatever amount you put in there as there is no limit.
Young African Leaders Awards

Over the week, I got informed that I was nominated as a Future Leader for The Young African Leaders Summit to be held in Ghana later in the year. I am glad that I am recognized. I, however, need your votes for me to finally pick up the award.

Loss
So last week, my wife lost her 11 weeks old pregnancy. It was a painful experience for me and most importantly for her.
As I watched her go through the pain of evacuation, I thought to myself how brave women are.
Today, I doff my hat for all females.
She is getting better. Help say a word of prayer for her.
Lessons Learnt :
Keep doing what you do. In due season, it will pay off
Sometimes, you need to remind yourself what you have taught others.
When obstacles come, climb on them and move on
