Hello friends!!
I have been quiet for a while because I fell ill.
A sudden cold descended upon me that Sunday evening and with that, the journey began.
It was a very horrible experience I must say.
Tiredness
Headaches etc
But I am glad to be back on my feet.
While I was away, I decided to put together a series on psychological complexes.
Over time, I have realized that a lot of people struggle with inferiority complex aka low self-esteem.
Another untapped aspect of psychological complexes is the Superiority Complex. The interesting thing about this is that it comes from a place of feeling inferior.
The subject of complexes was started by Alfred Adler at the turn of the mid 20th century and that also led to the school of thought known as Individual Psychology.
The first video is an introduction to this subject matter where I gave a background into this subject.
Please watch and drop your questions
P.S. I will be doing a video on how to handle the psychological trauma of testing positive to Covid-19.
Cheers to the weekend
