When I wrote to you the last time, I told you I was going to write to you again but didn’t know it would take this long to write but here I am.
In my last letter to you, I wrote about courage. I shared with you the root word and origin of the word Courage. If you missed it, read it here.
Now I would like to ask if you have ever seen yourself as being courageous every day or sometimes?
When we pay attention, we see courage every day. We see it when people reach out for help. We see it in the classroom, we see it in the marketplace, in places of worship. We see it when people decide to ask us questions, ask us for friendships or relationships.
We see courage when people say they don’t know something or they don’t have an answer to something.
Courage when you decide to say No to something that naturally you would say Yes to. Courage is seen when you are willing to risk being vulnerable and disappointed. Is there something you really desire or look forward to?
Courage has a ripple effect.
Every time we choose courage, we make everyone around us a little bit better and the world a little braver.
In reality, we need a braver world, a braver people, a kinder people, a kinder population.
Would you choose courage and be brave?
I charge you to be courageous.
Till I write again, be courageous.
